1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

  • In case of delays due to high order volume or unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you via email.

2. Shipping Destinations

  • Worldwide Shipping: We ship globally from our fulfillment centers.

  • Restricted Countries: Some countries may have import restrictions on PMU products. Please check with your local customs office before placing an order.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We offer multiple shipping options based on your location:

  • Standard Shipping (7-21 business days, varies by destination)

  • Express Shipping (3-7 business days, available for select locations)

  • DHL/FedEx/UPS (2-5 business days for urgent orders)

Delivery times may vary due to customs processing and other external factors beyond our control.

4. Shipping Fees & Taxes

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and shipping method.

  • Customs & Import Duties: International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes. Customers are responsible for any applicable fees imposed by their country’s customs regulations.

5. Tracking Information

  • Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email.

  • Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear.

  • If you do not receive your tracking information, please check your spam folder or contact us at [Your Support Email].

6. Shipping Issues & Lost Packages

  • Wrong Address: Mabrow is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. Please ensure all shipping details are accurate before placing your order.

  • Lost or Stolen Packages: If your package is lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier. If you need assistance, reach out to our support team.

  • Delayed Shipments: Shipping delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, customs processing, or carrier issues.

7. Returns & Refunds for Shipping Issues

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage.

  • For undeliverable packages returned to us, a reshipping fee may apply.
