At Mabrow, we strive to provide high-quality PMU (Permanent Makeup) products that meet your expectations. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please review our refund policy below.

Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refund requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund.

  • Refunds are not available for used or opened products due to hygiene and safety reasons.

  • Digital products, sale items, and gift cards are non-refundable.

Refund Process

  1. Submit a Request: Email us at support@mabrow.com with your order number and reason for the refund request.

  2. Approval & Return Instructions: If your request is approved, we will provide return instructions.

  3. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

  4. Inspection & Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the refund within 7 business days to the original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.

  • We will provide a replacement or issue a refund at no additional cost.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund after 7 business days, check with your bank or payment provider.

  • If you still have not received your refund, contact us at support@mabrow.com.

Changes to This Policy

Mabrow reserves the right to update this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
